Mindful Path to Healing is an immersive 8-week program designed to help you process the Seven Core Issues through mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional intelligence. In a safe and supportive space, you’ll cultivate self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and foster personal growth alongside others who share similar experiences.

This journey is about reconnecting with yourself and embracing your story with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Together, we will create a nurturing space for healing and transformation.

Facilitator - Chris George

Hi, I'm Chris!

I’m a Late Discovery Adoptee (LDA) and a Certified Mindfulness and Compassion Facilitator through UCLA Mindful. I have additional training in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. I’m also a lifelong learner passionate about helping people cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and emotional intelligence to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and ease.

I’m on my journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, and I know firsthand the power of these practices. They continue to guide me toward greater peace, clarity, and connection, and it’s my joy to share these tools with others.

I work with people from all backgrounds, whether they're seeking balance, finding their path, or striving for meaningful connections. Together, we unlock their inner strengths and help them cultivate emotional well-being, resilience, self-acceptance, and a strong sense of self.

When we step into our authentic selves, we thrive—not just for ourselves but also for everyone around us. Let's take that journey toward healing and happiness together.
