Hi, I'm Chris!

I’m a Late Discovery Adoptee (LDA) and a Certified Mindfulness and Compassion Facilitator through UCLA Mindful. I have additional training in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. I’m also a lifelong learner passionate about helping people cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and emotional intelligence to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and ease.

I’m on my journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, and I know firsthand the power of these practices. They continue to guide me toward greater peace, clarity, and connection, and it’s my joy to share these tools with others.

I work with people from all backgrounds, whether they're seeking balance, finding their path, or striving for meaningful connections. Together, we unlock their inner strengths and help them cultivate emotional well-being, resilience, self-acceptance, and a strong sense of self.
